Processing time

Your request will be reviewed and processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

Important notice

Some data may be temporarily retained to comply with legal obligations (e.g., billing, disputes, security requirements). In such cases, only the strictly necessary data will be kept and deleted once the legally required retention period has expired.
